Today I iced and wrapped up my last order. I stirred in just as much love as I did for my first order 14 years ago. Thank you to all of you that made this adventure so amazing. It has been a privilege to be part of your celebrations in life.

This is some of my pre summer baking. My dad’s favorite muffins, banana raisin. As he heads to the lake to enjoy a summer of golf and sunshine. He has night time snacks for awhile. ❤️

Last night Beulah Alliance youth had their Graduation Gala. They celebrated everyone graduating from Grade 12 this year. The halls smelled of an amazing roast beef supper with all the fixings. The baking team added some sweetness with Black Forest cake for dessert. Congratulations to all of this year’s graduates 💕

This week has been busy with birthday celebrations. Bright colors and flavors to celebrate little ones special days. ❤️

Mondays we bake. It’s seniors lunch week so that means fun in the kitchen. Rhubarb crisp is calling a lot of staff to come see what that delcious smell is. 💕

Our Veterans have given so much for our country. In Edmonton we have a place called Valour Place. There are a lot of volunteers that give of their time and talent to help make this place run. There are 2 very special veterans that cut the grass and shovel the snow so others can enjoy the grounds. Today I mixed an extra helping of love into these cupcakes just for them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We appreciate all that you continue to do for us. 💕

It’s Monday (really it’s Tuesday) and that means it’s time to bake. The kitchen smells of all the delicious fall spices. 💕🍁🍂

I’m back from Ireland and the October birthdays have started. These cupcakes are for kids school parties. All NUT FREE because we are taking no chances. One of these trays is for the local grade 8’s. Even big kids love to celebrate. Happy Birthday October. ❤️

The kitchen smells amazing. There is a birthday boy in our family today. Paul actually looks after all of my computer/website/tech things. So today he gets Beer Bread to go with whatever amazing piece of meat he has on the smoker.

How many families have so many kids birthdays in the same season, never mind the same house. This year we are trying season birthday parties. Three big boys that love to game. A large cupcake for each of them. Minis for everyone else. Kids loved it. Happy birthday Jake, Gio and Noah ❤️

The kitchen smells of lemon, sugar and caramel. These are called Dulce de Lethe Sandwich Cookies or Alfajores. Our family calls them Brazilian Wedding Cookies. They are delicious.
These ones are for a mother/daughter team that are heading out to Bolivia for 5 months of mission work. Their fundraiser tea is this Saturday. Enjoy ❤️

Summer break is over and it is Seniors Lunch week. Flapper Pie is on the dessert menu. Pretty sure they are going to love it. 💕

Today I attended the wedding of two very dear friends. Age is not a factor when love is involved. May you be blessed with so many happy years together. Congratulations Fred and Chris 💕

Today Jessica and Kyle are celebrating their love. They asked for a Carmel flavoured cake. We had some fun with this. The top layer is Carmel and the bottom layer is Rice Krispies. The kids at the wedding will be thrilled. Congratulations to the love birds. 💕
