In all seriousness, tipping should always be appreciated, but never expected!!! Here's the thing: It's a luxury service you should be charging appropriately to not rely on the tip.

With that being said, when a client loves their artist and their set, because they went above and beyond, it's very common to receive 15-20%, which can be $15-$50 tip. (Depending on if its a fill or a full set) But this will be directly related to how much effort you add to making their experience an incredible one!
