Have you ever had those moments where you had difficulty holding on to your sanity? Or perhaps you had a panic attack so bad that you went to the hospital just to have your heart checked out because it definitely didn't feel normal. That was me 10 years ago. I did 2 things that helped me immensely to overcome and I am so happy to say I am 99.999% panic attack free.
I realized that I have to let go of the things I have no control of and let me tell you that list is very long.
I use Balance blend as I need it. It is usually in my purse and when I first started using it I inhaled it all the time. I made a roller bottle and would smell it, roll it on my pulse points and then hand it back to the kids to put on.
Balance blend did wonders for me and my kids. Sometimes we would use it in the diffuser and I often use it in the bath. I am very excited that doTERRA also thinks it is very important and now includes it in the starter kit.

Everyone seems to have aches and pains. Some more than others and there doesn’t seem to be a lot out there that can provide relief that isn’t going to do its own damage to your body. Deep Blue Rub and the Stick is great for regular use of aches and pains. A little goes a long way so remember that for most joint areas you only need a pea size amount.....this is powerful stuff. After applying, relief happens very quickly and lasts all day or night. This stuff belongs in every home and most people know someone who already uses it.

I love using the essential skin care eye cream. I use it every day usually morning and evening and I do my best not to run out. So I just finished a bottle and I had one that I bought more than a month ago ready to be opened up. This is a product I really do love and notice a difference. And it lasts quite a long time with daily use. In the beginning, I used to use three pumps and the ball, but honestly now I use one pump onto my fingers and split it into and use it around my eyes. Nearly 10 years ago I started using doTERRA products but the journey began before that. I say journey because that's what life is.
When I was pregnant with my third child, and I actually sold high quality scented candles. I had been involved for about two years when I went on a tour and learned about how the candles were made. We were told that the creation of scents was very complicated and often had more than 2000 chemical components to create the natural peach smell that many love. As a pregnant mom, this freaked me out. I burned a lot of candles and went home that day and got rid of all of it. I didn’t realize that my pretty smelling home was toxic. It sent me on a pathway of healthy choices. We already ate good, I cooked everything from scratch. But not everything in our home was as clean as it could be.
