Office space available at Edmonton Indoor Soccer Centre South

We have vacant, unfurnished office space to rent at below market rates to suitable not for profit organizations, especially sports and recreation groups. The spaces are inside an administration building area that is fully secured with an alarm system.

There are five regular size offices, one small office, reception area and a large office / meeting room, kitchen, washroom, large storage room, printer / copier space. Additional storage is available behind one of the fields. Lighting, heating and basic janitorial service are included. Telephone and intenet capability is in place but service charges are responsibility of the tenant.

Edmonton Soccer Association uses two additional private offices in this building.

Rent for entire space listed above is $1,750/ month. We are looking for one tenant for all the above.

Where are you watching Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs?

REMINDER: Fan Park @ ICE District will be hosting the previously scheduled ICE District Carnival from Jun 6 to 9, but the Ford Tailgate Party in ICE District Plaza will remain open for Game 1.

Scotiabank Fan Park watch parties will resume for the remainder of the Stanley Cup Final starting with Game 2 on Monday, June 10 with an expanded Fan Park site and additional programming to be announced.
