Next up on our Fringe line up is Vaviana Vardot’s Famous S*x Party, a comedy burlesque variety show hosted by Amber Nash (best known as Pam Poovey from the animated series Archer) as the illustrious Vaviana Vardot 💋💋💋

At Rapid Fire Theatre’s midnight offering, you can expect sensual silliness, lewd buffoonery, dirty songs and the funniest s**t ever.

This show is 18+ and is hosted at Venue 12: The Rapid Fire Theatre Exchange!

From Dad’s Garage Theatre in Atlanta, comes Murder, She Improvised, a murder mystery whodunit where the killer truly is TBD! 🔎🔎🔎

At this year’s Fringe, a heinous crime will be committed before your very eyes and our detective will have only their wits and the audiences’ unhelpful suggestions to assist them in solving the case! 🕵🏻‍♂️ 🔪🩸

Your detectives for this run will include: Mark Meet & Amber Nash!

It’s time for the THEATRE SPORTS SUMMER SMACKDOWN 🔥🔥🔥

During the summer months, join us for the most electrifying comedy event of the season: the TheatreSports Summer Smackdown! Witness top-notch improvisers go head-to-head in a thrilling battle of wits, characters, and comedy. Next up is Ashley with a Y! You’ve never seen a cabaret like this before. And you never will again. Second City alumna and Canadian Comedy Award winner Ashley Botting improvises a brand new performance each time. Every song and every moment of every show is completely made up. On the spot. Conversations with the audience will inspire original songs that will never be heard again.

Next up on the RFT stage is BlackGround, an all-African-American comedy troupe! They take classic movies like Star Wars and Indiana Jones and improvise what the Black people were doing during the movie. This hilarious show features killer comedy, incredible guests, and a fun-filled celebration of Blackness. Come laugh, celebrate, and embrace the essence of Blackness in a way you’ve never seen before.

Coming back to the Improvaganza stage The Bloody Marys Present... REVENGE AND OTHER FEELINGS

Darling and goblin like duo Leigh Cameron and Kirsten Rasmussen dip into the dark world of revenge. With their distinct high energy, high drama, full idiot style the two will attempt a John Wick level story of revenge interrupted with gleeful glimpses into minor characters dumb lives.

Next up is Branded Silk, an improv trio forged from the fires of friendship and adversity. All black and all about that sauce. Using the slacker improv form, the trio explores and creates worlds lampooning the realities and absurdities of being black in the world . Best of all it’s just plain ole’ dumb and funny improv. Branded Silk is composed of Onyi Okoli, Jeffrey Kitt, and Aaron LaRoche. Improvaganza you don’t want to miss this!

For the next six days we will be introducing the amazing performers attending this year’s Improvaganza Festival running June 20th-23rd.

First up is our headliner, Andrew Phung and Friends! A long-time friend of Rapid Fire Theatre, Andrew Phung is one of Canada’s top comedy gems. You may recognize him from Kim’s Convenience and Run the Burbs! Andrew returns to Improvaganza with Andrew Phung and Friends, where he will be joined by a talented ensemble of improvisers for an unforgettable night of spontaneous laughs!
