This one was such a pleasure to photograph, multi-day weddings are our favourite because we get even more time to get to know our couples and tell their story.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These two love their Mustang Cobras so of course we had to include them in their couples photos! Leave it to Alberta to be have wildfire season in start in early May, literally the only silver lining to our forests and green spaces being on fire is that it makes for some extra dramatic and moody photos.

I’ve been looking forward to photographing at .ridge since it opened and finally had the chance with this little intimate elopement was incredible. Just the closest friends and family for a night of campfires, camping and celebration. Here’s a some of my favorite photos from their couples session in the iconic tunnel at the venue 😍

Grad photos with Ms Charlie, it’s been an absolute pleasure watching you and your brother grow up into intelligent and kind adults and I’m excited to watch you continue to make your mark on the world.

Preview from such an incredible day! There many highlights to pick from, an intimate first look at Strathcona Science Park, a first look that included “icing” the groomsmen, a beautiful ceremony and a reception at Millwoods Golf Centre which included some sunset photos at the driving range.

Seasons are changing and sunny days are finally here ☀️ This year marks 7 years of offering Fall mini sessions in Edmonton. With so many of our families returning every year our mini session days have become the easiest way to refresh your family portraits annually (and that includes your furry friends!)

Hey there! Brendan here - the last couple years have been a little all over the place.

This year my goal is to maintain a healthy work-life balance and break my cycle of annual burnout, I’ve decided to restrict my availability for private photo sessions for the remainder of 2024. I will not personally be taking any more wedding bookings on for the remainder of 2024 in addition to reducing my wedding and elopement availability for 2025.

The session dates currently listed on my website represent my remaining openings for the year and currently serve as the best way to book in with me for a photo session. I still have Sunflower Minis and Fall minis in August/September as well as new Pumpkin Patch minis scheduled for September 27th and 29th.

Outside of the dates in this post and my regular minis much of my availability will be limited for the remainder year - if you are looking to book with me this year my suggestion is to reach out and let me know so we can get you in the calendar!

The drive to Maligne Lake can feel like it takes forever but I’ve always wanted to do photos at Medicine Lake and finally had the chance to last Summer!

I’ve still got Summer availability for anyone looking to book a session in the mountains this year! ⛰️

Ive held off on posting these for a while - there’s so many things that can be said about Jen and Dennis.

I went through my entire initial consult, had them booked in for their day and was packed up and ready to go before Dennis clued me in to how incredibly over the top cool he is.

“Oh I’m a photographer too”, as he pulls up photos of Jen’s wedding ring he SENT into space to photograph. Seriously, not once but multiple times, and he has by the far the coolest ring shot ever taken , framed with the Earth as the background.

A few days before the wedding I get a text late at night “I’m going to do fireworks to surprise Jen”.
She was surprised 😂

I drove to the wedding 3 hours away with a slow leak in my tire so I had to stop a couple times to fill up, I cracked my camera screen while riding in the bed of a pickup truck doing their photos…

Yeah this wedding was wild, and I wouldn’t change a single thing, I loved every minute of it. To Jen and Dennis, thanks for having me along for the ride.

Posting these on their 1st anniversary as a married couple How lucky we are to live in a country that celebrates marriage equality.

These two were the first q***r wedding I have photographed inside of a church and it was such a beautiful blend of religion and cultures.

Nick and Aleem were the cutest couple to photograph and they both laughed at all my jokes throughout the 2 days of wedding celebrations so that’s definitely a win in my books 😂
