Listen, eating healthy, don’t over complicate it. ❌We don’t need these “fat loss” products or new “fad” diet in order to be healthy. Simply stick to the basics. Fruits 🍎 Veggies 🥦 Whole foods 🥘 Food that have the purest form of #nutrients. Then simply connect & ask your body... ✅Do I need this? ✅Does this make feel good? Your body will tell you... then it’s your job to 😌 listen. If however, You feel lost 😩 with “how listen” to your body, to know what to feel is good for you. Then, I encourage you to reach out 💕 to someone who does have the #knowledge. I live and breathe 🧘♀️ to connect with my body and give her what she needs. After 10 years I finally feel #empowered.
