We're back with another recipe for all your fall dinners.

This roasted beet, sweet potato and feta dish is so easy to make, and you can prep it to bake later as well. It's the perfect side dish, or to have on it's own. You can use any type of beet as well, but we suggest golden or the classic red (or a mix of both!)

Beets and Sweet Potato both have impressive shelf lives, lasting at least 4-6 weeks if properly kept!

What is one tip you have to share with our Grand Market Community!?

Apple Crumble is great in any season, and for any reason!

But, there's nothing like curling up with a good book, with some tea and a fresh batch of apple crumble.

This is our social gal Jess's favorite recipe for Apple Crumble. Now, there are easier ways, but baking in the oven is a tried and true method to get the most perfect crunch to soft ratio haha!

Enjoy with some whipped cream or perhaps some icing this fall and let us know what you think!

Meet Brooke, our incredible Site Coordinator! 🌟

She’s been a part of the 124 Grand Market family since she was just a Little Bean herself! 🫘 With an eye for detail and a charismatic personality that keeps things running smoothly, Brooke brings energy and heart to everything she does. She didn't give us what her kitchen utensil or appliance she'd be, but we think she's for sure a blender. Full of excitement and fun, and creates a ton of amazing energy at each market!!

We're SO excited to see everyone at our final Thursday Grand Market of the season. Please note a few things in advance of our market to make sure you have the BEST experience!

1) Special Programming:

There will be some special programming for our little beans - so bring your kiddos down to decorate a cute gourd or squash at our market 🎃 🎃 🎃

2) Reduced Hours:
Our Thursday, October 10th market (our final Thursday of the season) will be open from 4 pm - 7 pm to accommodate for the sunset / darkness 🌅 😎 🌘

3) Even though this is our last market, there will still be over 20 vendors ready to serve you. We will have 4 food trucks, 3 produce vendors, 6 sweet & savoury treat vendors, 3 beverage vendors, and 6 personal, home, pet and artisanal brands here with us! Stock up for fall 🛍️

It's our FINAL week of outdoor market season. We have two markets open for business on Thursday and Sunday this week.

BIG NEWS - our October 10th market will be dubbed our "HARVEST MARKET" where we will have some extra special programming and fun for your family!!

Stop by and give our makers, creators, and produce vendor some love before we shift into holiday mode for the winter!!

We're down at 124 Street and 102 Avenue today for another Sunday Grand Market.

There's over 40 vendors signed up for this beautiful market today, and we would love to show them some love and appreciation for all their hard work this market season. These last couple of weeks are crucial for our Vendors as we round down our season, so please come support them.

There's still a few dates left for our October markets, and we've had to make quite a few scheduling changes lately and truly appreciate both our vendors and our customers for being flexible with the adjustments!

🌟 Meet Ayden, our Site Coordinator for the Grand Markets Network! If Ayden were a kitchen utensil, he’d definitely be a cast-iron pan — durable, reliable, and always ready to tackle the toughest tasks! 🔥

Ayden joined our team in 2023 as a Customer Experience Lead at the Edmonton Christmas Market and quickly became an essential part of the crew. This summer, he’s been working across almost all of our sites, bringing his sharp eye for detail and thoroughness to everything he does. We’re so lucky to have him! 👏
