LOOKING BACK: DEC.2023 “Christmas time”

The week before Christmas Day,
we had a surge of rush jobs come through!
-
We had all systems firing that week.
(All without a flash unit mind you)

So go on…have a peep’see at the gear😄

Mid December our Flash Unit Quit working.
-
Wouldn’t turn on worth spit.
-

The flash unit is what we use to dry ink in between colours.
-it is EXTREMELY important in SCREENPRINTING!
-
After extensive research. Then applying said research.
-
Our Leader fixed the Flash Unit!!!

THC was ELECTROCUTED 2 years ago.
So he was very weary to do this by himself. 🤷🏽‍♂️⚡️

However he believed in himself to fix it.

What did he do exactly????

Replaced one -125v 15a infinite switch.
Repaired and spliced power cord.
Replaced and repaired Female connectors x3
👍

Not only did he save money doing it himself he learned how to repair his own equipment!!🤯😁
