Meet the Old Saw Team!

Jesse Nakano (Managing Director) runs the show at Old Saw Studio, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The King’s University in Edmonton and 15 years of video making experience - from silly sketches with his friends during his teenage years to now producing brand videos for the top companies in Canada.

Alberto Villoga (Editor) is a graduate from NAIT’s Radio and Television program in Edmonton, AB. His editing ability combines patient detail oriented precision mixed with emotive intuition, ensuring the story is told the best way it can be.

Finally excited to share a project we’ve been working on for months now! This is “Come Build with PCL Construction” a brand video we produced, directed and shot for PCL. This was a huge challenge with filming locations like Vancouver, Calgary and Los Angeles. We worked with PCL to develop a story that shows off their desire to do great work, their commitment to safety, how they embrace diversity, push for sustainability and build communities.

We’ve just added the trailer for “I’ll See You Later” to our website. “I’ll See You Later” is a documentary about adoption we spent 2020 and most of this year making alongside and his team.

It’s been accepted into 12 film festivals across North America and has won two awards.
