Our latest ad. This isn't just a sales tactic, it's absolutely true. Back in the old days, vacuum cleaners (and other appliances) were built to last. Unfortunately those days are gone, and many of the brands you might remember from back then are owned by foreign corporations who manufacture them as cheaply as possible.

Look, we get it. SEBO vacuums are expensive. But so are some other brands that are nowhere close to the same quality. SEBO vacuums are absolutely worth every penny. We recently found out that there's a Chinese manufacturer selling on Amazon that is making compatible batteries for older models of Hoover cordless vacuums that Hoover doesn't support or make batteries for anymore. Some of them haven't been available for YEARS!

If you have an older cordless vacuum that you want to keep running but you're not able to find batteries for it, check Amazon before throwing it out.

Customer brought in their central vacuum that wasn't working very well. At some point the filter had been removed for cleaning and then not quite installed correctly so it fell off, and all the dirt ended up in the motor compartment and in the motor. On the left is what Ray saw when he opened the machine, on the right after a thorough cleaning. Fortunately the motor didn't get damaged although it was running pretty rough at first!

Fun fact: Although we didn't get photos, Ray looked like this except in reverse - clean when he started and pretty dusty when he was done! 😄
