Chocolate and supplies have increased greatly since 2020. Yes, I could use cheaper product but that would impact the high quality standards you expect. I use only responsibly sourced chocolate and high quality ingredients such as butter, cream and pure vanilla in my creations.

I'm now taking orders for Christmas. Prices are the same as last year. Get your order in early to avoid disappointment. To all my valued clients, thank you for your patronage.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will not be participating in any craft sales or shows this Christmas season. I will however, take special orders and fill them as ordered. I will be at the Boyce Farmer's Market for the Fredericton Sunday Christmas Markets on December 3 and 10. I will have baking, stocking stuffer ideas and do course LOTS OF CHOCOLATE! Come visit and check out the venue.

Sadly, I have made the decision to not participate in theLadies Night Out event on November 9. I am sorry but I will be looking forward to my sale at The Brookside Mall!

On November 25th I will be at the Forest Hill Elementary School for their Fall Frolic. This runs from 9am to 12pm. Sorry, probably no baking at this show.

Ok, so, on November 24th I will be in Saint John taking part of For The Love Of Chocolate. I have to make 500 samples. My question is this. What kind of chocolate would YOU want to try? Everybody that replies, will have their name placed in for a draw to win a dozen of their favourite flavour! I will make the draw on November 1!
