This is something we often neglect during the Christmas season. It’s not the paper and bows, it’s the memories and love felt in our hearts.

When a seniors home in London, Ont. asked residents to submit their wishes for a new program, a 71-year-old widower had a simple request: to place a bouquet of flowers at his wife and daughter's grave site.

We are all volunteers and spent countless hours preparing a full Christmas luncheon for 90 seniors and friends of our community.

While out picking blackberries and enjoying the day my dear friend Doreen said "look at that jet". I looked and I looked and I didn't see a jet.
Our days are so busy and our lives so rushed we often don't see the beauty from Mother Nature.
👀. Look. Use your imagination... and there it was. A jet cloud.

Our yearly BBQ Pot Luck was a great success. Lots of wonderful dishes to share and great conversation to be had.

Special Olympics British Columbia

Well it's official.
I will be volunteering July 6th to the 9th at this amazing event.
We have 22 athletes from the Sunshine Coast attending. They will be participating in many different events.
