Momma Gosse Creations
I have been crochetting since August 2019 and has accomplished so many projects for friends and family.
I recently joined a stitch club and am so excited to start on some amazing projects! I have also decided to start making some projects for purchase.
Now that my schooling is done I will have more time to crochet! Time to get back to my passion of crochet.
My pom poms finally came in!
I made this cute little beanie for a Christmas gift order!
Got this super cute set done today! It is a mommy and me star cowl set!
What’s on my hook you ask?
I am currently working on making this beautiful set of gloves for someone special and dear to my heart.
The pattern ‘Dragon tears fingerless gloves’ by Ashley Konecny at heart hook home, is truly a masterpiece. Not only does it work up nicely, it fits like a glove.
Hey everyone!
sorry I have been so busy between school, kids, and crochet. I’ll be taking pictures tomorrow if some of my recent projects before they get shipped out!
Today's project was another ear warmer however it was tri-colored!!!
Excited the lighting issue with my phone, new phone will be here in a month thankfully!
Today I made this beautiful dual colored ear warmer. Such a fun project for my mother in law! I love the knitted layers that are in it and cannot wait to make more.
Another beautiful hat for a customer! This one is an adult size without pom pom.
Another beautiful winter beanie and finally a picture of Bradlee in his hat! One more beanie like the pink one to make in an adult size then I'm onto Luke's hat and some ear warmers!
Working on another beanie, this one is for one of Hunter's best friends! What more could I possibly want to do on this beautiful snow day, than make gear fit for snow!
I am curled up by my fire place watching Grey's anatomy, wrapped in a blankey, drinking hot chocolate and crocheting... Life is amazing!
My day was filled with snow flakes, hot chocolate and yarn shopping! Have I ever mentioned my yarn addiction... Let's just say I love yarn and have to fight myself when I'm in the store for a project to not purchase extra that I don't need!
This week's projects are 3 hats, a bunch of ear warmers and of course I need to start planning Christmas gifts ❄️
Starting to take Christmas orders, I can post a few items of what I can make for orders or if you have anything in mind and want a quote and time frame please feel free to message me on here. I will not be taking more orders after November 20th, as I still need to make gifts for my family 🥰 then will be taking orders again after new years eve!
So today I had the most intense day of crochet that I have had in a long time... This beanie really gave me a run for my money!
I learnt a new stitch called the camel stitch, let me tell you if I find the person who invented this stitch we will have words! I am so stiff especially in my palms of my hands from attempting to get the hook into the 3rd loop of the stitch...
The lady who made the pattern for the hat was going to fast in the video and the kids were fighting and driving me crazy, so I ended up having to frog several rows(at least half of the beanie was ripped out and restitched 😩😪)
Then I found out(once I had finished, of course!) That I made an adult sized beanie 😆😭. Hopefully it will fit Brandon and I will make Bradlee another one in a kids size.
**Edit: Hat fits Brandon, however he will not wear a beanie... Anyone want a hat!? This one is sold, however I can make more in adult or children's sizes.
$30.00 adult
$25.00 child/youth **
With winter right around the corner, I decided that today would be a great day to step out of my comfort zone and made this gorgeous hat for miss Hunter!
Thank-you Sirins crochet for the pattern, it looks amazing!
Pricing:
Children's size $25
Adult size $30
Another set of slippers polished off this afternoon. This time in a pastel rainbow! Now to work on some cute little baby mittens.
Just finished this beautiful set of ballet slippers! This set is made from Ribbon Dancer by Loops & Threads(my favourite yarn brand to work with by far) The way this set came together really made me happy, I wasn't sure how well the colors would line up with the end product but they managed to work quite well.
These slippers take me less than a full day to make and will be for sale for $20 per pair. With Christmas around the corner these would make wonderful stocking stuffers!!!
Today was a shopping day, I went and grabbed myself some more yarn and you guessed it ribbon!!! I timed myself and it takes me an hour to do one full set of baby mittens!
One more set of mittens to do today, and then start on a ballet slipper set! Going to be posting pictures of previous projects this week and pictures of items that I will be able to make for purchase by request.
**Baby no scratch mittens**
Today I made this super cute set of mittens, size for a preemie. This set along with many many more will be donated to the neonatal unit at the new hospital in Grande Prairie, AB.
I have recently joined a meaningful club in Grande Prairie called Stitch Club. These amazing women crochet/knit/sew items and donate to amazing causes in our surrounding communities. I will be crochetting the projects then once done they will be dropped off to the Stitch Club to be donated to their new home!
I have been tasked with preemie baby mittens and have set my first goal at 60 sets of mittens for the month of October! If anyone would like to donate towards the mittens(yarn or ribbon for the ties) you may message me on my cell at 587-298-0435. Any yarn donated will be used strictly for the mittens and other donation projects. I will take pictures of what your donation created and send the images to you with a thank-you message via email, facebook or phone which ever you prefer!
