I know some are away and we hope you are enjoying this last weekend before school starts. Please remind our children to be kind to one another.🥰

For those of you visiting GP or staying here, if you’re drinking, please let someone else drive. Call a Designated Driver, a Taxi, a friend, even your mom. Just stay safe and get home to your family.🥰😇

We can do a vehicle drop for you as well, we send you a picture to confirm it’s made it home.

We take prebooks anytime of the day right here on Facebook, or you can call our dispatch after 6:30pm @ 780-380-0029. Don’t get an answer right away usually means we are busy…try texting or send us a message here. Our Drivers start at 7pm🥰

We will also be open tomorrow night if you’re out enjoying karaoke 🎤.

The event booking season is upon us, Weddings, Christmas Parties, New Years and more…and we need more drivers to accommodate the increasing demand.
I really dislike saying no to our customers due to lack of drivers.😔

We strive to get to all of our callers but that’s becoming more difficult with the lack of availability and shortage of drivers. We understand we all have lives so we work as best we can with scheduling.

Driver 2(drive customer vehicle)
Criminal and Vulnerability Check
Drivers Abstract
Class 1, 2 or 4
Chauffeur Licence

Weekend availability and a reliable vehicle are musts. (Hoping to have enough that weekends off are possible). Choose your availability and reach out if you're interested in becoming an Angel and helping us make a difference.

We get several enquires a week but nothing that becomes serious once the Bylaw Requirements are mentioned, so it is posted here. It is definitely worth the reward and satisfaction you get knowing you have gotten customers and their vehicles home safe to their families.😇

To all of our callers tonight that has been unable to book a ride…our apologies. We were booked for an event from midnight on. Unless you have already prebooked, we have no more available slots. Please be kind to our dispatcher…she is only doing her job and she’s pretty fantastic.

With summer here and some of our drivers needing vacations, we are in need of more drivers. We have events all summer long and require more to be able to accommodate those as well as our regular calls.

There are Bylaw Requirements to be a Designated Driver.

Follow Vehicle must have a Commercial Insurance and Commercial Plate.
(Males welcome)

To drive Customers you must have;
Class 1, 2 or 4 License (involves a written test and will need a drivers medical)
Drivers Abstract
Criminal Record Check w/Vulnerable Sector
Chauffeur Permit (will need all of the above first)

Only serious inquiries please. It may seem like a lot but once it’s done you are good to go.😊

This is a fun and rewarding job but very unpredictable each night for calls. We have great customers and most are repeat so we gain some great business relationships.

Unfortunately due to receiving some sad news today, we will be closing tonight as I am not in the mindset to be driving and no others drivers have availability 😔

Hi Everyone☺️

So, this weekend is Teepee Creek Rodeo, live bands all over the City and much more.

It will be busy, there will be a wait time, there will be delays that are out of our control.

A couple of tips to make it run more smoothly;
1. Prebook you ride as early as possible. This will guarantee you a spot in line.
2. If you have a stop along the way, please inform dispatch so they can quote a closer ETA to the next customer. This also prevents us from unscheduled stops which can delay us a half hour or more, depending on where it is.
3. There are only so many time slots allotted for prebooks so when they are full, it’s first come, first pick up.
4. If anything changes for you and you want more time or you need to cancel, please let our dispatch know as soon as possible so we can get to the next customer that’s probably already been waiting a while.
5. Please understand that no matter what we do, there can be delays. Such as trains, unscheduled stops because someone decided to car pool at the last minute, and sometimes, customers can take a bit to come out to meet us.
6. Pay attention to your phone, WE WILL TEXT OR CALL, when we are on our way for you.
7. Be kind to our dispatcher. She is trying her best and she is not on the road with our drivers so sometimes she may quote an ETA to you but as stated above, delays happen, even with prebooks.
8. If you have booked your safe ride home with us, WE WILL BE PICKING YOU UP, no matter if it’s a half hour after closing or not.
9. Any long distance rides, we will require a deposit that will get deducted from your total when paying at end of the ride. (Unless you have an account with us). This helps us ensure that you get a safe ride home and we don’t spend a hour and half turn around for you not responding. This potentially causes us to lose customers. Sorry about that but the past couple years have made it hard with last minute cancellations when we are 5 minutes away. Payment options will be an etransfer to [email protected] or your driver will call you and payment can be processed over the phone with a credit card.
10. All of the above (9 is our policy), I’m sure all designated services would appreciate.
