I found this on the DJ and MC Toastmasters International page. I hope this will help as different members take on the role of timer at future meetings. There are 3 types of speeches that are timed at each meeting: the prepared speech(es), the table topics speeches, and the evaluation speeches. Although prepared speeches do vary in length, many of them are 5-7 minutes so that is the sample that was listed. Think about this as a chart with 3 columns. I hope it helps. :)
