As technology advances it is continuing to affect how realtors normally do business. That’s why you should make it a priority to adapt to the ever-changing media to help grow your business.

One great tip to get started is to start live streaming your open houses. Whether you’re using Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, you can host a live-streamed open house.

The fact that live stream open houses are so easy to attend (like two clicks) makes them more likely to attract a lot of visitors. While a traditional open house may attract 10 or 15 potential buyers, a live-stream open house could easily attract double that number.

One unique strength of live stream open houses is that they know no borders or boundaries. Anyone can jump in, even those that may not follow you!

One of the less noticeable advantages of live-streaming your open house is the impact on your real estate brand. If you’re using the most modern social media tools and functions to promote your real estate business, It lets potential buyers know you’re modern in thinking and up to date on technology to serve them best!

Facebook publishing tools are one of the page features that makes it easier for you to create, schedule Facebook posts, view post insights, and also manage all of your Facebook and Instagram posts.

Here's how to get started on using this feature once you’ve navigated to your page that is associated with your Instagram:

Click on Publishing Tools
Click on the ‘Create post’ button
Create your post, add your description and media then instead of clicking on the ‘Publish’ button if you want to schedule the FB post, click on the down arrow instead and click on ‘Schedule post (Tip: Be sure to select Instagram if you would like to share the post to both platforms)
A pop-up will appear where you can specify the exact time when you want your Facebook post to be published. Schedule your Facebook post by clicking on the ‘Schedule’ button.

It’s as simple as that and using a Facebook proprietary tool is safe to use! Will you start using the publishing tool to save time?

Target Audience: Save yourself time, money, and energy by not wasting your resources on those who simply are not interested.
