With winter flurries starting to approach we wanted to clarify some things ….

🚨 PLEASE don’t ever feel forced or pressured to drive in bad weather. We will never except our clients to drive in something we wouldn’t- it is not fair nor is it safe!

If the weather gets to a point where you no longer feel comfortable driving in it please just message your technician and we can reschedule. There will be no new deposit, late fee or additional charge for this reason.

The only part would be finding a new time slot can be very difficult so please keep that in mind when cancelling.

‼️ Our late policy is still in effect- if you still have not arrived 10 minutes after your appointments start time it will be cancelled and you will need a new deposit for a new booking.

As soon as it hits 10 minutes after your appointments start time we will not be starting the appointment- please remember this.

Driving in terrible weather can be extremely scary and never fun. We understand this and truly just want all of our clients safe.

It is often times better to miss one appointment than to not be able to see the snow melt (which is arguably the best part of winter 🤭)

I was lucky enough to grow extremely close with Taylor as she was one of my first clients ever to trust me with her lashes back in 2020. All these traits and many more, like her innate ability to inspire, her visionary outlook, and her constant sense of humour, make me realize every day just how fortunate I am. I feel like I’m dreaming…

For the last 2 and a half years I knew this is what I could do for the rest of my life and live with a happiness I didn’t know existed when choosing a forever career. I fell in love with the industry and the idea that I can help others part take in a moment of self love and support their confidence.

For the last 2 and a half years I’ve been working more hours and late nights than I thought imaginable and part taking in courses and constant education to not only better my business but give you the absolute best service I could possibly offer.

But most importantly for the last 2 and a half years I’ve been blessed to have a support system as large as I do with people I wouldn’t have ever met if it wasn’t for this industry. Every single day I cherish the conversations and the memories I’m making with everybody who walks through my door.

Being nominated and voted by the Guelph community and the Delluxe Beauty Bar family to receive the platinum recognition and award for estheticians is the greatest gift I could have ever received.
