Our bodies are constantly changing- growing, evolving, aging and becoming. Habitual patterns of movement which have served us well may no longer be effective.
In this workshop we will bring consciousness to our muscles, bones and organs with breath, sound and movement.
All ages and abilities are welcome to reconsider the stories held in our bodies and to open to the possibility of rewriting them.
Jayelle Lindsay brings decades of body movement experience through her yoga teaching, physiotherapy practice, and studies in Mind Body Centering. Jayelle is also a poet and writer trained in the Amherst Writers & Artists (AWA) Leadership Program.

I'm honoured to be invited back to teach at the Elora Mill this month! Would you like to take a short excursion to the pretty town of Elora and join me? The Mill has a beautiful studio overlooking the Elora Gorge. Every Monday at 2pm-3:30pm they offer yoga classes taught by local teachers. Cost is $20, the space is limited so you need to book ahead.
