Join us this Wednesday, December 20th for our annual 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 fun run!

Meet up with friends as we head out for an easy run from Running Works up to and through Riverside Park to see the awesome light displays around the park.

Put on every Christmas season by the Rotary Club to help fund their many community projects throughout the year. This is a totally free event, but donations are graciously accepted at the gate

ON will also be in store with a fleet of demo shoes for you to test out on your run. Experience the hype for yourself with a pair of ON running shoes and their proprietary CloudTec cushion systems!

Run starts at 6pm but arrive a little earlier to secure your size of ON shoes!

It’s time again for our Beer Run Social!

The last Wednesday of every month we partner up with Fixed Gear Brewing in a local-supporting-local team up!

And this month we’re making it a little extra special by inviting Superfeet and Therabody to come along for the ride!

Our easy ~4.5 Km run starts from Running Works at 6 pm, when we will head out for a loop through the Guelph Junction before stopping for a delicious post-run pint at Fixed Gear Tasting Room on Alma Street. We’ll complete the loop with a short ~1.5 Km run/walk back to the store. Dress warm and please bring your reflective / illuminated run gear for safety!

Arrive early to make sure you can get setup with a pair of Superfeet insoles to test while on the run. Introducing Tempo Tuesday!

Yet another day of the week you can meet up at Running Works for a free and inclusive run group, meet like-minded people and log some miles.

Our Tempo Tuesdays will be a collaborative effort with the Guelph Victors! Reflectivity and safety lights are MANDATORY! For your safety, and the for the group around you!

The tempo route will warm up from the store and begin the workout in the Old University Neighbourhood. Choose from an 8K or 10K route! Cool down and finish up back at Running Works!

No sign up necessary! Just meet at Running Works on Tuesdays at 6pm and be ready to run.

Congratulations to our 10K clinic runners!

Over the past 10 weeks they have been working hard under the guidance of instructors Mark and Jonah, to conquer the 10K distance!

We are super proud of them and what they have accomplished! For many of them, this was their first time tackling kilometres in the double digits.

Together they conquered intervals, long runs, and hill repeats and learned the value of the run community and working together towards a common goal!

A few of our runners celebrated these milestones at the Road2Hope 10K this past weekend and absolutely CRUSHED IT! Way to go team!
