Access Labels, a continuously and rapidly growing manufacturer of flexographic and digitally printed labels, is looking for a new member for our team.

We currently have a full-time, permanent position open, in our Customer Service/Sales department. Reporting to the Office Manager, the main duties for this position include but are not limited to:
-Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
-Data Entry
-Responding to different customer requests, via phone and email -Preparing quotations after assessing customer requirements
-Managing project timelines, and specifications, and addressing anomalies.
-Maintaining accurate and rigorous records of various projects
-Source samples and compatible materials from suppliers as required
-Sales calls for existing customers via phone
- Participate in special projects as required, or perform other administrative duties as required

Required Qualifications and Soft Skills:
Demonstrate high-performance standards, the desire and ability to learn continuously, and be results-oriented.
Strong attention to detail, precision, and strong analytical skills (dimensions and units of measurement)
A high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrate diplomacy, empathy, and creativity in managing difficult situations.
Team spirit, consideration, ownership, and respect for others are highly valued attitudes in this position.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel is preferred.

Not an easy climb to the top but Andreah did it. We have had a bit of snow over the last few weeks. Hope all our guests are prepared for this.

Betty was having some difficulty with her mask, indicating it was making her ears stretch. So we tried to help her our by making a scotch tape industrial paper clips and attaching it from one ear over her head to the other ear. Although our efforts went in vain when she ripped it off and told us it didn't work, not in those words but....the same meaning. We will keep trying for you Betty....

A little bit of history right in our back yard, literally we look out our windows on to the Tantramar Marsh!

The Tantramar Marshes also known as the Tintamarre National Wildlife Area is a tidal saltmarsh around the Bay of Fundy on the Isthmus of Chignecto. The area borders between Route 940, Route 16 and Route 2 near Sackville, New Brunswick.

At 20,230 hectares, the marsh is one of the largest on the Atlantic coast of North America.[1] The marshes are an important stopover for migrating waterfowl such as semi-palmated sandpipers and Canada geese. Now a National Wildlife Area the marshes are the site of two bird sanctuaries.

The name Tantramar is derived from the Acadian French tintamarre, meaning 'din' or 'racket', a reference to the noisy flocks of birds which feed there.

The landscape of the Tantramar Marshes has provided subject matter for the poets Charles G.D. Roberts, Bliss Carman, Douglas Lochhead, and Elizabeth Bishop, painter Alex Colville, and photographer Thaddeus Holownia.

Communities on or bordering the marshes include, in New Brunswick: Aulac and Sackville, and on the Nova Scotia side: Amherst, and Fort Lawrence.
