Missing my family - I find it comes in waves. Maybe it's why I keep myself so busy with work and projects.

Either way here's a photo of my brother from our last visit ❤️

The surf was so aggressive that most couldn't make it out past the break. This was taken after roughly an hour of trying to paddle out and just getting beat by wave after wave.

I love the determination of .hammam that morning 🏄‍♂️

The tiramisu at .hfx is phenomenal, I appreciate the pouring of fresh espresso aswell, affogato stylezz

is one of the most talented chefs in halifax and a personal friend. Currently sous chef at he works hard, plays hard and will always show up for the people he cares for.

Also a complete adventure j***y who will take you to jump off a waterfall and cook Mediterranean cuisine in the woods.
It's hard to find good cooks let alone great ones.

This is Rowland! Currently studying for his PHD, he is one of the most kind and smart people I personally know. Halifax is lucky to have him!
