Hope for Wildlife - January 2024
A late post about a spectacular day. I bonded with the raven and got to meet Hope Swinimer herself. I hope to visit again soon!

Double rainbow, spotted April 16, 2024, in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

It was an honor to see the Kepe'k petroglyphs, and visit the discovery site of the eight-pointed star petroglyph.

I can't believe it's been so long since I last posted. I'm beginning to go through a large backlog of photos, starting with a trip to the valley with some fun rock finds.

Have you ever been out and about, and thought for SURE you heard an owl, but it wasn't the right time or place for an owl sighting? It was probably one of these guys! Mourning doves are found across North America, and don't like deep forests, so they're a common backyard visitor.

Let's hope this rainy summer makes for a good fall harvest! 🥔

I think I love photographing bees and butterflies so much is because they're the closest things we have to real life fairies 🧚

Still thinking about ! I went with my mom and partner a couple weekends ago, and we had a fantastic time checking out all the neat kites. It was hard to choose only a few photos to upload. My personal favourite was the butterfly 🦋 We'll definitely be back next year, and maybe with kites of our own!

I'm really happy to be able to use my photo skills that I've been developing these past couple years to help me get those eye-catching product photos.
