Ingredients
1 pieces pita bread
1 ounces honey goat cheese
2 teaspoons milk
1/2 large peach
2 cups microgreens, loosely packed (broccoli, Dijon Mustard,)

Ingredients:

2 large eggs (hardboiled)
1/2 avocados
2 radish bulbs
2tsp mayo
teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
slices of bread
tablespoons butter
2 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/2cup microgreens (broccoli )

Roasted Beet Risotto

3 beets medium, stems trimmed
11/2 tablespoons olive oil
3 1/2 cups low sodium chicken stock
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup diced onions small
11/4 cups arborio rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese plus more for garnishing

12 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup blueberries
5 strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoons raw pumpkin or sunflower seeds
1 tosp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp coconut aminos or tamari sauce
1/2 tsp pure maple syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
6 to 8 sprigs fresh thyme
4 shallots, sliced into rounds (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup brown rice vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cups cubed whole wheat bread (small cubes)
1/4 cup chopped pitted black olives

Hello did you know that microgreens contain 10 times more nutrients then adult version?
