Trusting the process. It’s messy around here. Bins chalked full of garlands have now completely taken over the workshop studio and into the under utilized rec room. It’s a lot.

As we countdown to our first local show in Halifax we are kicking things into high gear and getting all the finishing touches done.

When I have a moment I’m happily playing around with garland pieces to satisfy my creative impulses and coming up with new color combos.

This may be our favourite color combo to date!

We’ve had florals on the mind lately. Peonies have been a long time favourite flower in our home garden so when we started designing a new floral inspired sign these felt right!

It took forever to get the design collage just right but we are loving the final result 💕

One of the hardest parts of sign making is choosing colors we think would go best together. After much deliberating, we chose this Mauve + Antique pink combo… perfection!

I typically dry brush our white frames with a mushroom-gray color but for this frame I switched it up to a mossy green and it gives just the right effect!
