Another custom piece delivered and installed last weekend!

This custom entertainment unit was built to fill an awkward nook in a condo. It was built to house an electric fireplace, provide a place to mount a tv, and has shelves for storage!

On to phase 3 of turning this single family house into a 2 unit property!

We have finished the top floor in this home a couple weeks ago, and we are almost finished putting the new siding on. Now that the weather is getting colder, we’ll be heading back inside to refinish the basement into a apartment, making this a great income property!
