For generations, this dish has been our family’s go-to for days like today. What’s our secret to making them so refreshing?

Plus, it’s great for getting those vitamins, minerals, and fiber in. It’s a staple in Lebanese cuisine for a reason!

Growing up, we always believed that dinner was never complete without dessert - and we still believe this! That’s why our authentic Baklava is a must in our menu.

Our baklava is made in-house with quality ingredients for that always fresh, always crispy taste.

Fun fact! "Shawarma" is derived from the Turkish word "çevirme," meaning "turning", a reference to the cooking method.

The vertical rotisserie was invented in the 19th century, and we use this method everyday to cook our shawarma.

By rotating the meat slowly on a vertical split, we’re allowing it to cook evenly and develop that crisp, delicious outer layer you know and love!

Fun fact! Tony’s father wrote the original chicken shawarma spice recipe on the back of a bank deposit slip.

Luckily, Tony was able to find it, and we now use this recipe in every batch of chicken shawarma marination!

A moment for the pop of pink you see in many of our dishes 🩷 Not only are our pickled turnips a family favorite, they’re also a staple in Lebanese cuisine.

We make them in-house using traditional methods passed down for generations!

Who else agrees that the dish just isn’t the same without pickled turnips adding that deliciously tangy flavor?! 🙋‍♀️
