Before joining our company, Rania was a senior underwriter at Paradigm Quest for the past 4years managing the Manulife portfolio. Prior to that Rania was a senior mortgage underwriter at TD Bank for another 4years where she was underwriting deals from Quebec, Maritimes and rest of Canada. With over 7 years of underwriting experience in the banking industry, Rania accumulated a great deal of knowledge in risk management and overall credit assessment while maintaining a solid relationship with our sales partners. Rania has been working closely with BDMs and brokers in order to ensure that deals close, SLAs are met and that our customers have a place to call home. When she’s not underwriting Rania enjoys traveling around the world and spending time with her family.
