Athletigen is one of the world's leading performance genetics company's. Working with Olympic and world-class coaches and athletes, Athletigen offers DNA analysis services to athletes of all levels and spearheads education of coaches and performance professionals looking to apply DNA insights into their daily practices. In close partnership with the Altis training facility in Phoenix, AZ, Athletigen works to launch their flagship application, Iris. This platform contextualizes an athlete's genetic foundation through their daily environment and other eternal factors pertaining to human performance. Athletigen was founded by Dr. Jeremy Koenig who completed his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology before undertaking Postdoctoral training in genetics at Cornell University. With more than ten years of experience coaching professional athletes, Dr. Koenig combines his passion for sport performance with his formal training in genetics to lead Athletigen. Since incorporating in 2014, health professionals, researchers, coaches and athletes have partnered with Athletigen to learn from their community of geneticists, sport scientists, and professional coaches and athletes.
