**DID YOU KNOW?**

Our cheesecakes freeze exceptionally well for up to two months, maintaining their rich flavor and creamy texture. For optimal freshness, pre-slice the cheesecake before freezing. Wrap each slice tightly in plastic wrap, followed by a layer of aluminum foil, to prevent any food transfer or freezer burn. This method allows for easy, individual servings and helps preserve the cheesecake’s quality throughout the freezing period.

**How to Freeze Cheesecake**

To protect your cheesecake from other smells and freezer burn, follow these steps:

1. Freeze the cheesecake for an hour or two until firm to avoid damaging it while wrapping.
2. Wrap it in one or two layers of plastic wrap.
3. For extra protection, add a layer of aluminum foil and place it in a ziplock bag.
4. If space allows, store the wrapped cheesecake in an airtight container.

**Thawing and Serving**

- Thaw the cheesecake in the fridge overnight before eating.

- For a cold, ice cream cake-like treat, eat the cheesecake almost straight from the freezer, thawing it at room temperature for 15-30 minutes before enjoying.
