Chilango-Chilanga is the slang used for those of us originally from Mexico City aka Chilangolandia!
And this Burger is all about that!!
Chicharrón con Salsa Verde (pork rinds on Warm salsa verde)
Frijolitos Refritos (refried black beans)
Pollito deshebrado (pulled chicken)
Salsa Macha ( a sauce made with slow confit garlic and dried peppers)
Queso fresco, onions and cilantro
All held by a butter toasted bun and Totopos on the side.

Since day one, almost 8 years ago we have been loving to make this one here.
A favorite to many because of how unique, fresh and delicious it is.
Our Chipotle Lime dressing with our tortilla chips, grilled corn and avocado make this one a daily favorite

This amazing hard working team had a chance to sit down and eat great food together! Some are missing while they enjoy their beautiful family in warmer weather! But we surely are thankful for everyone who has helped us and gave us encouraging words and deeds!

Traditionally from back home in Mexico, Chilaquiles are a staple, breakfast (believe it or not) and lunch dish. Popularly consumed throughout the country they definitely are everyone's favorite!

For the first time! will have their first Pop up at the restaurant tomorrow (Wednesday July 26th) from 11:00 am until 1:30 pm! They will be outside the restaurant with the Tricycle and lots of Popsicles!! All hand made with real fruit to enjoy the Sunshine ❤️☀️

La Mexicana salad, did you know it was one of the first items to be planned for our first menu over 6 years ago and it keeps rocking our lunches!
Mexicans love our fruta con chile y limón, so the apple slices go so happily with the homemade Chipotle and lime dressing.
Toasted corn makes some of the best dishes in Mexico and it brings so many happy memories like the tamales stand in the morning on México City.
Avocado and cilantro are a no-brainer because they just taste like Mexico and the crunchy tortilla chips that we make add all the fun.
Loving what we do keeps giving and you guys have shown so much support!! Thank you!!!! I mean GRACIAS!!!
