What was once a catch-all kind of junk room has been transformed into a wonderful mud room with floor to ceiling adjustable pantry shelving, and a powder room housing a stackable washer/dryer.

Completed this one last fall, but forgot to share.
A combination of porcelain, ceramic, and marble. Pre-planning the layout was key! All mitred corners, and all fixtures are centered within tile patterns.
We were very happy with the end result.

Custom mantle and marble surround. Was completed just in time for the cold weather.

New customer front entry bench seating and storage. Lots of room to hide clutter!

Added some new fixtures, tall wainscoting, and a fresh coat of paint to this powder room.
