We'll be getting together at the Gordon Snow Community Centre parking lot on Fall River Rd. at 8am this morning if you'd like to come join us! $10 drop in for the 45 minute ALL LEVELS class. I'll provide lots of modifications so you can make it YOUR workout. Never been to one of my classes before? Come try it absolutely free! Just bring a mat and dumbbells (I have extra of both).

I provide modifications for all levels. If this is your very first class, you are invited to come try it out for free! Meet us just before 8am in the Gordon Snow Community Centre parking lot.
