During her time as a student at Saint Mary's University Mihika made significant strides in both leadership and community involvement with experience in student leadership and as a member of the SMU Cheerleading team.

Post-graduation, Mihika has been immersed in the hospitality industry, where she's learned the ins and outs of creating memorable experiences for guests – a skill she has seamlessly carried over to her role here at Spirit.

When she's not spreading joy at Spirit, Mihika enjoys playing pickleball and practicing calligraphy.

Introducing the newest member to our Downtown Spa team, Yvonne!

A seasoned Master Esthetician with 29 years of experience, Yvonne has journeyed across continents to enrich her craft. Hailing from South Africa, she honed her skills in massage and reflexology during a two-year stint in Dubai. Yvonne's path led her to Canada, where she settled in Nova Scotia after making stops in Winnipeg and Ontario, marking 21 years in Canada!

Her passion for Esthetics shines through in her love for facials, reflexology, and waxing, areas in which she exudes expertise. When not immersed in the world of skincare and spa treatments, she finds solace taking beach walks with her dog, Skye.

Originally from Cape Breton and raised in Northern Ontario, Christine has been living in Halifax for the past 10 years.

Graduating with honors from esthetics school in January 2017, she has since obtained her Master's License and taught part-time at the same school.

Specializing in facials and pedicures, Christine takes pride in making her clients feel confident and comfortable.
