When we design built-in cabinets for our clients we always make sure it is as functional as possible for their needs. This Closet Island that separates the ensuite and the closet cabinets, had been designed to fit a pullout ironing board and his and hers pull out hampers. We have deep drawers on the other side for sweaters and jeans. The cabinets also have one and two tier hanging, shoe storage and pullouts, all hidden behind these beautiful oak doors.

The room consists of a vanity with a sit down area, raised free standing tub, and custom shower space. The closet space was redesigned as well with custom closed cabinets, and a island.

This flash from the past bathroom update is one for my favorites. From a dark space to bright and inviting! There are so many great details in this small room but you are never running out of shelf space with a Niche like this designed into the shower.

Are you looking for luxurious furnishings for your outdoor space this year? Look no further than this beautiful dining table with smooth concrete top, chisel edge, and teak stretcher base. It measures 84" long x 46" wide x 30" high. The matching teak chairs are fully upholstered in textured outdoor performance fabric. The carbonized teak wood of this collection is immune to the attack of termites, fungi and other natural forces. Protective covers are also available. All Bernhardt pieces are available to order through Tower Interiors.

By opening up some walls around the old kitchen space in this condo, we could design this beautiful kitchen with a custom curved island that became the center piece to the space.
Working in condos have some challenges we always need to work around. For example, plumbing stacks cant be moved so the sink needed to stay in the space place. We also need to work around sprinkler systems and duct work. As you can see, we designed a ceiling bulkhead that followed the curve of the island to hide some of these issues, while not taking away from the design.

This is a Major update to this Condo's ensuite. Straight out of a drab past to bright and modern. The full slab on the back of the shower showcases some great veining and also allows for less tile grout lines to clean in the shower.

We kept a lot of the original features in the home such as the original wood plank ceilings, some of the original hardwood, and some built-ins and updated them to a more modern feel.
In this room combined retro and modern décor elements by reupholstering some original furniture and added new pieces, lamps and area rugs.

As the Interior Designers on a project like this, there is so much detail, planning, design and coordination of products and people that goes into a home renovation before the carpentry even starts. This project is a great example of how we updated the overall aesthetic by combining features from the original 37 year old home with new, modern design.

Custom bedding and Drapery makes this bedroom renovation really pop!! We are loving how the wall colour creates a soothing spa feel, and complements the fabrics so well. The pompom pillow is just an added bonus!!
This space make me want to curl up and stay in bed for days!!
