MEET TEAM EMBRACE✨​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Meet Patricia Anne, a.k.a PA💖 Originally from Cape Breton, her and her family spent 11 years between Alberta and Pennsylvania before settling back down on the South Shore of NS with her husband and 4 kids.
PA did a 2 year undergrad in science at Dalhousie then graduated with Dental Assisting from NSCC. After working 11 years in dental she then decided to move towards orthodontics, she has always been interested in orthodontics after having braces in late high school, that was originally what peeked her interest in entering the dental field. "I think the mechanics of being able to move teeth into proper alignment is fascinating, and my goal when leaving assisting school was to find a job in that specialty." and has now been in orthodontics for 7 years! 🤩
PA's journey started with Embrace Orthodontics when she brought her daughter in for a consult. They had just moved back to Nova Scotia, and she was a stay at home Mom. She attended the appointment with her daughter, Dr. McLeod and herself hit it off during the consult, Embrace happened to have an opening for an assistant, and the rest is history!

When not at work, PA keeps busy as the President (and a coach) of Bridgwater's local cheer club where all 3 of her girls cheer on different teams! On the rare off day from cheer, you will also see PA at the rink cheering on her sons hockey team🏒
