Why we want to use tanning lotions indoors and the benefits of each lotion!

Intensifier
Helps to boost the natural tanning process by stimulating melanin production in the skin. Intensifiers are also known as accelerators, maximizers or pure lotion and are the best used for establishing a base tan.

Natural Bronzer
Encourages the skins’s natural Tanning process by utilizing immediate bronzers that provide instant gratification along with working to build a base tan and helping to even out skin tone without the use of DHA. A few commonly used natural bronzers are caramel, Hannah and black walnut extract.

DHA Bronzer
increases the skins, dark colour by utilizing sunless tanning agent dihydroxyacetone (DHA). DHA is a sugar compound that reacts with the proteins on the surface of the skin to provide a bronzed appearance. DHA will continue to develop for 24 hours after the tanning session and can also be referred to as a delayed bronzer.

Tingle
Enhances the tanning process by stimulating and increasing microcirculation of the skin. Methyl Nicotinate and Benzyl Nicotinate are common tingle ingredients that create a temporary reddening appearance and warming, tingling affect.

Cooling
Creates a light cooling and refreshing sensation on the skin after application. Mental is commonly used to enhance the sensory experience and soothe skin.

WHY WE USE GOLD-FILLED CHIANS FOR PERMANENT JEWELRY

But this is why gold filled jewelry is a great alternative to solid gold!

Gold-filled is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto a core of jewelers’ brass using extreme heat and pressure. Jewelers’ brass is an alloy (mixture of more than one metal) made up of approximately 90% copper and 10% zinc. To make gold-filled pieces, the core metal is sandwiched between two layers of gold alloy which is then heated and passed through a roller several times – a process that both bonds the metals together and thins the sheet out.

The surface layer of gold is legally required to be 5% or 1/20th gold by weight, making it 100 times thicker than the gold on the surface of gold plated jewelry! Gold-fill is extremely durable, won’t chip or flake, and is tarnish resistant. It looks great and, with proper care, it will last for over 10 years. Gold filled jewelry can also be worn by most people with sensitive skin. Conclusion? While not inexpensive, gold-filled is a beautiful, quality, and more affordable alternative to solid gold.
