Introducing our newest build. Built on a 2023 AWD 170WB Mercedes Sprinter. Built and tailored to our clients needs. Two 100LBS dogs require lots of floorspace.

We are excited to show our newest build rolling out of the shop. This was by far one of the most complex interiors when it came to ex*****on and I think our team did an amazing job. We could go on and on about the work that went into this interior, but I think I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Newest build - this beautiful 148EXT Ford transit.

Packed into this interior is plenty of storage, full size shower & toilet, HUGE fridge, oven and three burner cooktop, hot water, microwave and plenty of storage in the garage.

The sage green cabinetry and clear cedar really ties this whole build together. Let us know your thoughts. Video being released later today of a full walk through tour.

Well this is our van we finally finished. A 2022 144WB 4x4. We decided to keep it simple, and make it similar to our old build we lived in a few years ago. Decided to go for darker interior tones this time around.

Just missing some custom made wood flip up tables and it’s done.

We have been extremely busy but are forcing ourselves time to start filming and taking pictures of some builds we have yet to share. Stay tuned and we appreciate all the support from friends & clients! ❤️🚐

A little sneak peek at our company build. She’s almost completed interior wise!

Excited to start taking this thing to festivals & trade shows to meet you all!

A unique build we completed recently (minus a few trim pieces). A courier van.

This van was built around the need to transport items across Canada and long drives but still be able to pull over and camp for a few nights. It’s simplistic, spacious and still has the necessities.

We are pretty much booked for the remainder of 2023 and have some SWEET builds coming up, excited to share!

We always show the interior of our builds. I think it’s about time we display some badass looking exterior 👀

Been a pleasure to work on these bone stock cargo vans and turn them into some wicked rigs 👍

The foundation is important. This is the basics in all the vans we build. With some exceptions with strapping & framing, this varies van to van.

- 3M Thinsulate
- Kilmat throughout (especially over the wheel wells)
- 1” foam board insulation
- all gaps and cracks filled with spray foam insulation
- remove headliner and insulate
- remove all door panels & insulate

Insulation is super important especially in Canadian winter climates. Make sure it’s done right the first time.

🚨NEW CONVERSION🚨

It’s good to step away from a custom home on wheels conversion and help out a local business get their business mobile. Here’s our latest conversion for a Mobile Veterinarian Clinic! 🐶 🐈

This thing was equipped with rough and rugged coin flooring, stainless steel fabricated countertops, diesel heater, bulky 400AH Victron electrical system, 600W of solar, factory 12V medical lighting, 24G of fresh HOT/COLD water and so much more.

Feel free to reach out if you are interested in a conversion van for a company you may have. This can include barbershops, nail salons, dental clinics, medical clinics, dog groomers, mobile offices and so much more!

This mobile vet is next on our list of things to finish. Should be done here shortly as we just picked up the stainless countertops today! Excited to share another conversion that’s helping out a local business owner.

Showers done, and bike rack tray done (4 bikes). Pickup for this rig is next week. Some finishing touches and a few days of cleaning & testing and she’s good to go. The next time you see this van will be be in the van tour we film. Excited to show you all the components & finishing details in this rig.

This transit build will be complete shortly. So excited to show this one off to you all. Take a look at this propane cooktop & oven combo. Being able to bake & cook a pizza in the backcountry a nice feature I’d say 😂👍

Sneak park at this once empty 148 EXT transit starting to take shape! Will be finishing this thing off in the upcoming weeks and super excited to show you the final build. Transits are 100% more challenging to work on interior wise vs a sprinter, it’s been a fun challenge. Nothing is ever easy building a van, it is really a test of true craftsmanship and patience. We are going to show you what that looks like when this rig is done. Stay tuned! 👀👍

Just some updates on the 148EXT transit build we are working on. Cabinetry has begun. Super excited to show you this finished product. There’s a lot of intricate trim pieces that’ll be going into this build that’s for sure. Cabinetry is another polymer soft touch panel, with some butcher block countertops and non knotty lacquered pine to tie it all together on the ceiling.

This week we spent some time on a partial conversion of this retired ambulance. It’s been a mobile veterinarian clinic but has been running into issues with lack off off-grid capabilities, lack of heat & running water. Oh.. and proper storage with nice cabinetry & stainless countertops. We are adding all of these. Stay tuned to see the finish products of this build in the upcoming weeks.

Finally got around to filming a van we did a few months back! They came back for some exterior upgrades from to get it ready for their next adventure in the upcoming months.

UPGRADES UPGRADES UPGRADES!

We try to find time to squeeze in upgrades around our full build schedule and this was one of them. Please note we did not convert the inside of the vehicle, just did some mandatory fixes (leaking cracked plumbing & bad electrical connections).

The things we DID upgrade consist of…

- Stoked Yukon Rack w/“50 light bar
- Stoked Nerf Bars
- Stoked Brush Guard Bumper
- Stoked MOAB side ladder
- Fiama Awning
- MaxxAir fan install
- Upgraded batteries (lithium)
- removed black water toilet (Dometic) and added stainless insert
- Matching stained maple lagun table top system for their seating area
- fixed broken drawer slides
- full colour change wrap by
- plumbing fixes (bursted pipes)

Came in a van needing some love, left looking like a whole new rig.
