Many of you are familiar with Coach Mio, but with the 2024 season approaching I thought it would be appropriate to reintroduce her!
Coach Mio will be out assisting development clinics alongside myself. She will also be one of the instructors with BGHC U7 Grow the Game Program.

My introduction to ice sports was figure skating at the old Wentworth rink in Flamborough in 2004.
I wasn’t allowed to play hockey until I knew how to properly skate.
Hockey was my next step and it was the best decision we could’ve made!

This season has absolutely flown by! Had a jam packed morning, played a hockey game… got pulled on the bumpers and did an egg hunt!
