"Your food looks terrible but tastes delicious"

A funny quote from a co-worker years ago. I always loved making staff meals and didn't care much about presentation, but I always made sure they were Delicious meals.

This isn't a staff meal but the sentiment rings true. Vegan scrambled eggs (mung bean puree with black salt), walnut milk hollandaise on home made toast. Sounds weird and looks like Leroy made it but it was super yummy.
