Congratulations to Paul Staats for summiting the Mera Peak in Nepal. Paul reached the 6,476 m summit at 8:45am on May 2nd after climbing through the night. The climb began on April 18th.
Paul doesnโt train with climbing partners or coaches. His preparation includes plenty of hard training and climbing/training in the Canadian Rockies. Paulโs approach to training is continuous with changes to intensity depending on the climb.
Paul attributes his work with Eric for helping to keep his hips loose for the climb.
Always looking for a new adventure, Paul is in the process of looking at a few mountains in Nepal and Kyrgyzstan.
Congratulations Paul! What a huge accomplishment! ๐๏ธ๐ช๐ผ๐

This is one of the most common questions we get. At the ARC, we are proud that most of our practitioners are Active Release Techniques trained and it is something that really differentiates us from other clinics.
As clinicians, we believe in the efficacy of this treatment and have seen it help many patients over the years. Call us to see if Active Release Techniques could be a good course of treatment for you. โ๏ธ๐ช๐ป
