In the spirit of gratitude, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to McMaster University's Student Center for spearheading this memorable event in collaboration with SOS (Smile Over Sickness). A special acknowledgment goes out to Dalia and Vitoria from Eliegante Hair Design for their selfless commitment to making the day a resounding success. Additionally, I'm immensely grateful to every volunteer and participant who generously dedicated their time and hair to support this meaningful cause. Together, we've not only made a difference but also spread smiles over sickness. Remember, the act of giving is truly invaluable.

Dear family and friends, I am asking for your help.

Given the current unstable economic and political state of our dear homeland Lebanon, we are urgently looking to financially support a long-time family friend cover the medical needs of 23 year old daughter, Agata Dawaf.

Agata is a beautiful girl that was born with severe epilepsy and tuberous sclerosis. She was recently diagnosed with acute Leukemia and has been in and out of the hospital for the last several months.

To make matters worse, the Lebanese currency has significantly declined; leaving the Lebanese people with an average monthly salary of only 2 million LBP ($100 USD). Meanwhile, Agata's hospital bills have been upwards of $5600 USD a month.

We are hoping to come together to cover a portion of these expenses on behalf of our friend and ask that you contribute anything that you are comfortable with.
