🔥Goblet of Fire is on our Greatest Hits list, but recently we changed something- the glassware! found this very cool looking goblet, and we're so happy that it shows off the bright orange colour of the cocktail better. How does the cocktail taste? Well, you're gonna have to pop by and sit on our beautiful patio to find out I guess... 😉

DID YOU KNOW that we make a ton of our own ingredients for our cocktails including syrups, bitters, infusions and even our own liqueurs (we're looking at you .fr )? This cocktail called "Hollywood" made by .anderson features ginger syrup, oleo saccharum, red wine drizzle and is a Penicillin meets a New York Sour. Come try one this evening, we're open from 4pm-2am!

Something BIG is coming to Barsazers THIS MONDAY!! We've been gearing up for a NEW MENU launch for what seems like forever, and it's finally here!! In the meantime, we'll be slinging our current menu for the last time this weekend, so if you have any favourites on our Cartoon Menu, it's time to go in and have them!

🎵"Country Road, take me home to the place I belong." This cocktail was on our Music Menu, and featured Moonshine, molasses syrup and Walnut bitters. Simple, yet delicious. We're gearing up for the launch of a new cocktail menu, and we'd like to hear your favourites. Which cocktails over the last seven years hold a special place in your heart?

Do you remember this one? This cocktail is called "Tequila Me Softly" and is quite a deep cut from one of the first menus we ever published. Made by , this cocktail features Tequila, Aperol, Laphroaig, pineapple juice, honey syrup, lemon juice, and Peychaud's bitters. Sweet, smokey and absolutely delicious. Perhaps you'll get a chance to try it again soon. 😉

"Nobody Puts Baby In a Corner!" Probably one of the most requested cocktails that we get to this day is our 'Hungry Eyes' made by , and we can see why! It's an absolutely stunning cocktail, and such a great summer sipper. Most definitely one of our "Greatest Hits". 😉

Throwback to another one of our "Greatest Hits", The Whitesnake Groupie! We had so much fun on this photoshoot with all the little details incorporated into this photo- from the lipstick ci******es, the bra in the background and the lipstick napkin kiss with Jenny's phone number. The cocktail itself was made up of , mezcal, housemade watermelon shrub, simple syrup, peach bitters and saline. We felt that this was a good representation of the smokiness of a club, the salt to represent sweat from dancing and just the right amount of sweet with the watermelon and peach bitters. Something "great" is coming your way from Bar Sazerac if you haven't already guessed!

⛈️ It's Raining, it's pouring, the old man is... drinking rum? That's how that nursery rhyme goes, right? We're staying on the "Greatest Hits" train, reminiscing about Escape (The Pina Colada) from our Music Menu and wishing for summer. This one was created by our very own with Clarified pineapple & coconut house made rum, clarified coconut cream with lime and his usual amount of ingredients he doesn't tell us about. 😜Photo cred to

We're taking a moment to reminisce about the 7 years that we've been open- the friends, the cocktails, the good times, the "Greatest Hits". Here's an oldie from our 80's film menu, "Blood of Kali" made by our good friend when he worked with us. It's been a long couple of years, but we wouldn't trade it for the world.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Kyle's busting out all of his Irish whiskies, some of which are only available today! will be slingin' green cocktails faking a Northern Ireland accent all evening long. Come check it out!

Thank you so much everyone for your interest in our Valentine's Day Cocktail Class! We're thinking of adding another class next month because of all the interest, so let us know in the comments if that's something you'd be interested in!

Looking for Valentine's Day plans? We're offering a COCKTAIL CLASS! We haven't offered one of these in a long time, but we think it'd be a blast whether you're going with a loved one, a friend or solo. Spots will be limited, so send us a dm to register. $60 per person, and it includes making 2 of your own cocktails to enjoy, as well as some light snacks. The class is from 6pm-8pm, so plenty of time to go out for dinner at a local restaurant afterwards.

Dry January? No problem! We have a large assortment of non-alcoholic spirits, cocktails and more to enjoy. Just tell us what kind of flavours you like, and we can mix up something tasty!

Something that we really enjoy doing at Bar Sazerac is diving down into the instances that define our childhood or give us moments of nostalgia. These French Toast sticks are just that. We've taken this moment of remembrance and elevated the experience by using a great local bakery for the bread, and then adding an Angostura bitters buttercream to bring in an element from our cocktails. Top that with maple syrup, and we believe it's a great throw back as well as a new memory created.

🥃Although he's too big time for us now, James Neil is considered a good friend of ours. If you stand next to him, he smells of subtle lemon and honey, peat smoke, leather, old library books and cars we can never afford. All joking aside, we're very proud of him. This shot is for him.
