Yoga mat is on holidays for one more week- then I’ll meet you on your yoga mat-
A little yoga every day - goes a long way!

Classes will resume August 6, 2024.

Going live on Facebook for a yoga class at 7:15 pm - as long as hydro is still on and wifi is connected.
About a 30-45 min class- join me in 10 mins.

Tonight’s class is cancelled- NOT because of the rain - more the thunder and we’re surrounded by huge trees! 🌲

I’m on my mat at Gage Park- hoping the clouds go past us- saying a few prayers…. Time is ticking to 6:30 pm 🙏

This morning I woke up excited about this next chapter- Retirement-

🌞 Woke up early, did this amazing lymphatic yoga practice- ( which the Wednesday yoga students will get to try- first class back this summer)
🧋Enjoyed a smoothie on my balcony- and 🪴 watered my amazing plants- all things that bring me enjoyment and calmness- 🌞🙏
If this is what my retirement can be like- I’m ready! 🤗

Ball yoga classes are back- after a 3 year break - we are back at it- boy does it feel good!

The Memorial Garden at Pioneer Memorial United Church- got a facelift this week. A very special thank you to Hamilton Builders Supply ( HBS ) for the donation of Red Mulch- the garden would not look as good without it.

Thank you for helping us bring beauty to the property while they prepare to celebrate 200 years.

Congratulations HBS on your 100 years of Business on June 9,2024.

Classes have started this week and after a three week break- just into two classes - my muscles are talking to me!

Today we tackled the bulletin boards at Pioneer Memorial United Church.
A special thank you to the amazing people who volunteered to take this project on- it always feels so great to give back- and when you work with a group of individuals who are so special, giving of their time, their talents, their skills, it’s surprising the difference you can make!

I’m so blessed to know, and have all of these individuals in my circle of friends.
