Hamilton Trike and 'bent

We've had a number of requests to support adults in learning to ride a bicycle. Join us Saturday, May 25 from 11 am to 1 pm for a 'learn to ride' for adults (18 years of age and older). We will be meeting at New Hope Community Bike Shop in the back alleyway and making our way over to Gage park to work on riding skills.

This workshop is for individuals who have never learned to ride a bike. We will discuss helmet safety, balancing, pedaling, straight line riding and braking.

You can participate to the extent that you feel comfortable, whether that is observing, asking questions, or hopping on a bike and giving it a try! Register below as space will be limited to 4 participants. Bring your own bike and helmet (helmets are mandatory), if you do not have one, let us know and one can be provided.

Back Roads Bill brought us a bit of blue sky when he came to pick up his new FS today.

At long last this Terratrike is returned to its new home, all mended and restored.

Two of seven! trikes that have come and gone recently. All the same but different. These two are similar in that they are both Adventure HD with rear suspension and a 26 inch rear drive wheel, the luxe seat, rear fender, arm rests and neck rest. Both have Shimano Steps, but one is 6100 with di2 nexus 8 speed shifting and 504wh battery, the other is SP8 with Enviolo Automatiq 'CVT' shifting and a 630wh battery. One has all braking and shifting on the left handlebar. That one also has a seat riser, front fenders, two exit assist handles, crankarm shorteners and a pedal pendulum.
