Today, Dr. Mike Moffat and Jesse Helmer of the Smart Prosperity Institute presented our joint report, "Who Will Swing the Hammer," with the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce to Hamilton Planning Committee. The delegation presented the negative economic development consequences of the housing crisis in Hamilton and encouraged the City to increase housing supply, create more family-friendly units, and address student and senior housing.
