Smooth Sailing medium roast pour over using a Kalita wave. The more I dive into this magical coffee world the more I learn. I was finding that I wasn’t getting the flavours I wanted when I brewed my medium roasts. I was getting too much bitterness and not enough floral sweetness. I tried using less grounds and VOILA! I had the taste I was looking for. Brew method and brew details affect the final cup so much.
