🦋 a full front shaker card was a little out of my comfort zone, and there was a bit of learning along the way.. but sometimes an imperfect process yields some pretty decent outcomes.

My two creative outlets collided with this one.
I made my second set of press on nails for my sister, and just had to make a card to put them on ✂️🍓

I put the fireplace on, lit a seasonally appropriate candle, asked Google for Christmas tunes to set the mood.. then I die cut a bunch of those branches, poinsettias, envelopes, candy canes, and candy cane swirls.. made 4 mailboxes with hot foiling the sentiments, and just went to town on mixing and matching all the little die cuts I made. It took forever.. but I have a feeling it was worth it 😍 I’m absolutely obsessed with how they turned out!

This card was for a wonderful friend and coworker who get married. It was such a happy moment for me to be making this card for her and her husband.

There was a lot of die cutting and gluing involved in this card -it took a long time to create. Totally worth it though!

I’m not sure if I’m team Sad Summer is Over, or team Happy Autumn is Coming, all I know is this card feels very appropriately in the middle and so that’s why I’m posting it now! That, and I was on vacation for the last two weeks 🙈 lol

Here is a simple Thank You card my Nana requested I make for my boyfriend because he brought her sunflowers as a gift. How sweet 😭

Using hot foil plates while designing cards has had a bit of a learning curve, but I finally figured it out (for the most part lol). I love it though! It makes the final product look so fancy.

I used hot foil and plates for the sentiment strip, and background.

I’ve missed you all! I hope everyone has been well! I’ve been very busy living life, which has unfortunately pushed my little passion project to the wayside.

I did manage to get a card made this past week using up the rest of my flower cut outs. It’s going to make its way to my Nana with a letter inside.

Mother’s Day is rapidly approaching and this day (for many reasons) means a lot to me; it’s the first holiday I advertised on Sending You Sentiments. WHICH ALSO MEANS.. it’s almost first birthday! 🎉 (April 27th)

This is my first “sexy” themed card, and I’m into it! I went for black lace, red lips, gold and glitter.. which to me just screams sexy! She isn’t 30, flirty and thriving.. she’s 30, feeling sexy, and making power moves! Happy Birthday!

January has absolutely flown by for me. I can’t believe how quickly this month has come and gone! Does anyone else feel the same?

This card design is so versatile - you can change the colours to be whatever you want.. the sentiment can easily change to Happy Valentines... heck, I could even change the hearts to stars instead and make it a Birthday card! Sometimes the simplest designs can get the most use out of them.
