Food! Who doesn’t love food?

Your food does NOT have to be unhealthy to be delicious!

Making a ginormous charcuterie board filled with almost everything is one of my many fav things to create.

To add some allitude, I grill my corn with a Cajun spice and give it that charred look. I also roast my chickpeas with cumin, paprika and olive oil, adding an incredible flavour snd crispness to them.

The foods we eat feed our skin from the inside out. Add some great choices to your meal and reap the rewards.

I have met too many women that spend a lot of money on cosmetics and a lot of time to cover and hide their skins condition. Their comment is that “skincare products” are too expensive and they don’t have time for a “skincare routine” Read that again….

I always tell my customers to not cover up, but rather clear up. Take care of your skin and enjoy your healthy glow.

Makeup should be applied to enhance your features.

I am constantly asked about my makeup and what brand of foundation etc I use as my skin is so clear. I am so proud to reply that I use a quality skincare line and quality lipstick. On occasions I will apply a quality mascara and during the winter I tend to use a blush powder. My face is my business card and I represent what I sell. Great skincare.

My advice? Use only quality skincare products and quality cosmetics to enhance. Don’t be cheap with what you apply to your face. Talk with your consultant and get great advice. Never settle.

Who doesn’t love a GOOD Burger?

You are going to want to try this recipe this coming week. It’s healthy, it’s easy to prep/make any it’s absolute DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:
1 whole garlic bulb, cut off the top and keep whole. Wrap in foil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until soft. Set aside and let cool.

Remove foil from garlic and squeeze it into a bowl.
Mix with:
1 lb 95% lean ground sirloin
1 med zucchini, course my grated
3-6 Rosemary sprigs, finely chopped
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

Preheat grill or broiler

Make 4 beautiful patties
Grill or broil 4-6 minutes on each side or to desired rare, medium or well done.

Get ready:
4 whole grain buns or wrap or ?
4 slices of a medium tomato
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices of red onion

Top your choice of bun with a patty, slice of tomato and onion, top it and indulge!

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring, be creative and enjoy your food.
