Stand Up Comedy at The Effie Starring Andrew Crone - Kamloops, BC Doors 7:30 Show 8pm - 422 Tranquille Rd

We are back again this Wednesday at The Effie Arts Collective for Kamloops Comedy's Open Mic! Doors at 7:30 comedy starts at 8pm! We took a bit of a hiatus over the summer and in the last few weeks we have had a chance to think about what we want to do for the future.

First things first, the goal of the open mic is to encourage Kamloops Comedians to come out and get some stage time to work on their craft. That doesnt mean writing something new every week, but honestly that's up to you.

Second, we want to help you workshop your comedy. By no means are we experts at being funny, but having a different perspective can sometimes help you polish your set and get it game ready. If you come to the open mic, stick around after to chat and offer suggestions to other comics.

Third we want to showcase Kamloops Comedians. We want you to host, and feature at Open Mic. We want to work towards a bigger monthly show that gives local comics the opportunity to deliver their set and get some comedy credits under their belts. We want you to succeed and get more opportunities.

We feel the best way to grow is together, so if you want to be a part of it, please reach out and let me know.
